WELCOME PARTY, CHEERS TO NEW FRIENDSHIPS!
The 32 Finalists gathered at Sea Salt in Downtown St. Petersburg on Saturday evening to officially celebrate the beginning of Deliver Best Practices Finals Week.
Everyone had such a wonderful time meeting one another, sharing their excitement for the week ahead, and making new friendships. Thanks to all the Jabil Executives who welcomed the Finalists and learned more about their projects and journey to the Global Finals.

ALL SMILES AT EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP DINNER!
The Finalists shared an evening with Mark Mondello, Kenny Wilson, JJ Creadon, LaShawne Meriwether, and Kristine Melachrino in celebration of their accomplishment of reaching the Global Finals. Endless smiles and laughter filled the room as everyone continued to build strong bonds and connect with each other.
Mark shared his sincere appreciation to the Finalists and their Teams for taking the time to make the company better amidst all the challenges we face in our personal lives. He encouraged them to look for ways to share their ideas around the company.

The St. Petersburg campus TAKEs A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD DURING OUR CULTURAL HAPPY HOUR!
Hundreds of Jabil St. Petersburg employees joined the Deliver Best Practices Finalists for a Cultural Happy Hour on Tuesday afternoon. The event is a celebratory gathering of the many cultures Jabil employees represent. The Finalists shared more about their country's traditions with offerings of sweet treats and local drinks.
"This is my first in-person DBP experience, and it is such a humbling experience to meet so many people that have such pride and passion for our sites around the world," Cindy Guerrero, human resources business partner.
"I had a great time at the Cultural Happy Hour," said Sarah Parker, accountant. "I loved getting to meet everyone from around the world; that was truly an amazing experience!"

JABIL CARES ACTIVITY HELPS PRESERVE THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS
On Wednesday, the Finalists spent the morning volunteering at Tampa Bay Watch, creating 30 oyster reef balls that will be installed in Tampa Bay waterways to stabilize shorelines and prevent erosion.
"I enjoyed sharing one of the most popular Jabil Cares environmentally-focused volunteer opportunities in St. Petersburg with the Global Finalists," said Andrew Gallo, global program manager. "I loved all the energy and passion shown towards this important project for the local ecosystem."
