Jabil Celebrates

DELIVER BEST PRACTICES

WELCOME PARTY, GREETINGS FROM ST. PETERSBURG!

The Finalists gathered at Taverna Costale in Downtown St. Petersburg on Sunday evening to officially celebrate the beginning of Deliver Best Practices Finals Week.

It was a wonderful evening as the Finalists met each other, made new friendships, and shared their excitement for the amazing week ahead. A special thank you to all the Jabil Executives who welcomed the Finalists and learned more about their journey to the Global Finals.

EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PANEL & DINNER!

The Finalists shared an evening with Kenny Wilson, JJ Creadon, Fred McCoy, Gary Schick, Kristine Melachrino, and Frank McKay in celebration of their accomplishment of reaching the Global Finals. Kenny shared his sincere appreciation to the Finalists and their Teams for taking the time to make the company better for our customers. The Finalists also participated in a Panel Session with Executive Leadership.

The St. Petersburg campus TAKEs A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD DURING OUR CULTURAL MELTING POT!

On Tuesday afternoon, hundreds of Jabil St. Petersburg employees joined the Deliver Best Practices Finalists for a Cultural Melting Pot. The celebratory gathering represents the many cultures of our Jabil employees. The Finalists shared more about their country's traditions with offerings of sweet treats and local drinks.

“It was so great to meet these wonderful individuals and learn more about their cultures,” said Lance Bradford, enterprise solutions specialist. “This is my favorite day of the year at the St. Petersburg campus.”

JABIL CARES ACTIVITY HELPS THOSE FACING FOOD INSECURITY IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA

The Finalists spent the morning volunteering at Feeding Tampa Bay, an organization which provides food and support to those facing hunger. They bagged over 18,000 pounds of fresh produce (15,120 meals) to be distributed at a mega food pantry a few days later. Great job team!

“It was so nice to share one of our most popular volunteer activities with the Deliver Best Practices Finalists,” said Andrew Gallo, global program manager. “The Finalists volunteered with such positive energy and enthusiasm. Feeding Tampa Bay said it was the most pallets ever created by a volunteer group.”

FINALISTS SHINE AT PRELIMINARY COMPETITION!

The Finalists did such outstanding job presenting their projects to the judges and employees tuning into the livestream from around the world. We hope the projects inspire you to be bold and think differently.

A special THANK YOU to all the judges who had the very challenging task of selecting the 12 projects moving on to the Competition Finals. Congratulations to all the Finalists for such a truly memorable day!
